GWM H2 Plastic Tappet Cover

GWM H2 Tappet Cover – Plastic Valve Cover for 1.5T Engine

The GWM H2 Tappet Cover is a lightweight, cost-effective solution for sealing the cylinder head on 1.5T petrol engines. Made from high-quality heat-resistant plastic, it protects your engine’s valve train while keeping oil securely contained. This cover features molded mounting points, breather ports, and a gasket groove that matches the factory setup. Its design helps prevent oil leaks while shielding internal components from dust, heat, and moisture. Additionally, the plastic construction reduces weight without compromising strength in standard driving conditions. If your current tappet cover is cracked, leaking, or warped, replacing it with this GWM H2 tappet cover will restore proper sealing and protect your engine. Leaks can lead to low oil pressure, engine misfires, or unwanted buildup—this replacement helps prevent all of that. Installation is quick and hassle-free. The cover bolts directly to the cylinder head using original hardware. It fits with the standard rubber gasket and connects to existing breather hoses. Since no modifications are required, it’s ideal for workshops, insurance jobs, or DIY servicing.
